Nice is the fifth largest city in France and the capital of the Alpes Maritimes. The current population encompasses approximately 460,000 inhabitants. Nice also has the second busiest airport in France. In previous times, the city was once dominated by summer tourism, however, it is now a fully functioning metropolis all year round.
