Starting from Taverna Violakis 1967 on Damnoni beach, head eastwards to the end of the beach and then turn left. The slightly uphill road leads to an unmade gravel road that winds a few times and takes you up all the way to the Church of Agios Paisios.
Already on your way up the gravel road, you have a magnificant view not only of Damnoni beach, but also of the church itself. It can become rather windy up on the mountain, it is thus advisable not to stand too close to the edges.
